Totally not my day, today. Wish it was over already. Do you guys also have days like this? I wish I was laying in this falling gardens, drinking an iced coffee.

I just stumbled across this picture. It's blurry I know, but I still like it. It's Monday and raining outside. Wish I was drinking coffee, laying on a sofa like this. Btw, she's N. my bridesmaid. :)
What would you rather be doing right this second?

all flowers.

I am all flowers today. ;) Love Love Love.

I want our wedding to have a vintage touch, with lots of differents vases on the tables, all different sizes. Some stand alone vases with just one flower on the bar. ahhh so many nice ideas out there!

growing old together

Genius. This wedding invitation picturing the happy couple growing old together is awesome. I bet their guests laughed hard when they got the invitations.

THE location

Speaking about wedding preparations: I gave Giu a hard time when choosing our dinner location. I dreamed and dreamed of an outdoor wedding, which as I told you earlier is quite impossible to plan here in Switzerland (unless you don't mind getting crazy about rain or wind or cold...). First we wanted to go for a lakeside location to have the summer feeling we both love so much but somehow I was not comfortable with our choice. So I made us change location at the very last minute, namely two days before the invitations went to print. Well, what should I say, I had the bride-break-down syndrome. :)

But now we are super-happy with our election. It is an Italian restaurant in the middle of Constance, a city we use to spend most of our free time in. The building is all new and a beautiful and broad flight of stairs leads to the upper part of the restaurant where our wedding will be held. There is also a great wine-bar and a beautiful fire-place. We are all thrilled - and now I can sleep at night. :)
