a see you soon

How does it feel for you to say goodbye? Not a goodbye forever, but a "goodbye see you next time". I imagine balloons floating into the skies.

going home

Lovelies, I am leaving. For a few days. Going to have some serious family time in Spain. I guess I won’t be posting regularly, so here are some links from around the web for your entertaining. Have a good time and talk to you next Tuesday, xoxo.

swedish design

Some great prints for your Monday morning from Swedish designer Therese Sennerholt. I'd love to have the above hanging in my office - for the extra push so desperately needed on Monday mornings. Have a good start into whatever you are up to this week.

Some circus for you. Why? Because this week has been like working in a circus - as a clown, of course - and on Saturday I'll be going to this one. Happy weekend circus-ladies out there!

bubble portrait

I will be attending a photo workshop this afternoon so I thought I'd share great pictures with you. Recently, I stumbled over this beautiful bubble portraits from Julianne Schwartz. I d'like to frame them white and hang them in our bathroom, so that I can look at them while taking a bath on cold November days. ahhh.

donna hay new site

Donna Hay just launched her new web site. Simple but yummy receipts. While I like cooking when I have plenty of time, I often do not know what to put together when getting home late in the evening. I am not very creative with putting together ingredients that aren't obviously belonging together. So, this book is just perfect as an alternative to take away food. The title says it all.

owl

Did I mention that I've fallen for owls? Don't know why but lately I keep buying owls or stuff with owl prints.... a shirt, a chain, a key ring, a whistle (what do I need an owl-whistle for, please?). Want to be addicted, too?

Paris vs. New York II

Remember the Paris vs. New York post a few weeks ago? Here's a new design. Two women, two cities. I like.

November picnic

Did you have a good weekend, dolls? I did; funny movie, long walks in the sun, yummy tapas and Rioja with good people, little Mr. who keeps changing every day. Plus; the weather has been perfect this weekend, almost unreal for November in Switzerland. Sunny and warm, all weekend long. It made me think of having a picnic...

kate spade

I’ve always been a fan of brands that go beyond usual branding and keeping their corporate identity proper. Kate Spade is such a brand. When you look beyond their clothes, there is a well established brand that has fun being, fun evolving. Kate Spade is not afraid to break new ground and by doing so, to value design in every aspect of their business, not only their core products.

I just discovered a story about the making of their book The Things We Love, over at Felt and Wire. The book is beautifully illustrated and has the typical Kate Spade colorful look and feel. But see for yourself. Read the entire interview here. Have an inspiring weekend, lovelies!

we

Two years ago I was asked the question that lead to the official we. Such a precious moment, intimate and unique. Did I mention that I love to be married to that man?

ps: If you happen to be in Thailand this November, don't miss Loy Kratong on the 21st. Magical.

"Ensemble" is a series of posters designed by Moxy Creative House, featuring male clothing from 20 musicians.

The outfits my two youth heroes Michael and Kurt wore, look pretty cool. You'll find some more over here. Is your hero featured, too?

frame walls

I have a mere obsession with wall frames. Everywhere I go, I come back with one more frame. And our own frame wall is getting bigger, which I love. Doesn't the one above, look so pretty and random?
